		<description>Jacques,

great hearing that the script works all right. About your new issue, try checking the script properties and make sure the target property is set to "none" and not to something else like "all selected documents". It's the only thing that comes to my mind.

Ciao, Andrea.</description>

<description>Andrea. Thanks again for your help. One more thing if I may.

I would like to use your script to re-populate an address book on nightly basis. (ie: delete all the entries and re-import them) Easy enough with scheduling.

The only problem I found is that the agent requires one document in the database to run (Need to have at least one document selected.).

Is there anyway we can modify this or is it by default?

		<description>THANK YOU ANDREA!!

Thank you for the quick reply and thank you for the tip! That was it! The address book is called Camerontest.nsf!

I changed it in the script and it worked marvellously!

Thanks for helping a great programmer pretender like me! Your script will be very handy.

Have a great one..!

		<description>Hi Jaques,

first of all thanks for trying out my script. About your problem, the fact that a pop-up is displayed saying the contacts have been imported is a good sign and should indicate the script run completely. The correct format for the file to import is GMail, not Outlook. I can't possibly think of a reason why the contacts do not show up in your personal address book. Please only make sure that you imported and run the script &lt;em&gt;from&lt;/em&gt; the names.nsf database and not anywhere else and that after running the script you refreshed the view the contacts are displayed in by pressing F9. Hope this helps...

		<description>Hi

I tried your script and it says it imported 16 documents (from my Gmail) but then nothing shows in my address book.

I use r7 with r7 personal address book

I tried to export GMail to GMAil and outlook format.

reason I need this is for a project with my company .

Could you possibly let me know where I am going wrong please?

I created the agent under a Lotus Scrip (even tried the import).

I am no programmer. Please forgive me.

Thanks a million
